As a successful businessman, Louis is used to the long hours, never-ending work, and constant exhaustion. What hits the hardest, even though he"d never admit it, is the empty apartment he comes home to every day. He"s confident, though, that he doesn"t need an omega, doesn"t even have the skills to court one if he tried.
So when he runs into Harry Styles (literally), he"s fairly certain that it won"t change anything. Harry is just another omega that he has to work with, one more on the long list of people he"s met. Niall is sure that this time, it"s something special.

Shaking his head, Harry huffs, “It’s weird.”
Laughing softly, Louis brings one of Harry’s hands up to kiss the back of it. He smiles against his knuckles.
”I don’t care,” Louis says honestly, because he truly doesn’t. “You can tell me, Haz.”
Giving in, Harry takes a deep breath before letting his eyes settle on their joined hands. As long as he doesn’t look Louis in the eyes when he says it, it won’t be too bad.
”I think I want you to like, um…choke me? I don’t— I dunno. Told you it’s weird. Just don’t say it though, please.”
It’s silent for a moment or two, and it scares Harry. Has him thinking Louis is freaked out from what he said. But then he just grins.
”That’s it?” Louis asks, amusement written all over his face.
Or: Harry wants Louis to choke him.

louis almost chokes on his chicken, “jesus christ,” he sputters.
harry takes a swig of his beer with a smirk. “i was very disappointed when you didn’t say i was your celebrity crush after you came out.”
louis almost cries. “you know i did plan on it. then i ran into you narrating taking a piss and talking about my ass and i thought ‘wow this kid does talk some shit’ and decided against it.”
harry barks out a laugh, his ears tinged red. he takes a bite of his pizza. “i suppose i do have no filter while high.”
louis rolls his eyes, “bit of an understatement, mate.”
harry giggles, “whatever pal,” louis screams internally.
