“What do you think you’re doing?” This voice was new, and it slid like oil down the blade of a knife. There was man—a man Viktor had never seen before—standing in the door. Viktor’s palms went cold and began to prickle, sweaty. Strangers were dangerous.

Fic inspired by itsmyartfam's The Roundabout Way of Fate. Takes place in a slight AU where Izuku’s quirk is still kind of Healing Energy… but skewed a little, and he doesn’t know it. Starts at the beginning of Chapter 34 and diverges from there.
When Izuku was five years old, he learned he had a healing quirk. When Izuku was ten, he learned what that quirk meant to the world. When Izuku met All Might, he learned what his quirk meant to his hero.
When Izuku met All for One, he realized just how wrong everyone was.

The Wheel of Time has some wonderful characters and moments, both the books and the show! This is a series of occasionally ship-y one-shots that act as deleted scenes to fill in the gap. Mostly show-canon compliant and book spoiler free, though I'll hide Easter Eggs for my fellow book readers.

Corruption: the Collection features all of my Rand/Mat fics set in the same universe. Eventually, Corruption will be compiled into its own long fic with additional scenes, POVs, and narrative connective tissue. To that end and to avoid future confusion, the first fic in Corruption has been renamed Corruption: Shadow.
