Summary
Vi Lane is enjoying her time in Piltover. Going to a fancy university away from home, she's looking forward to studying criminology. Actively trying to get her life together after time in prison, Vi rarely allows herself the time to go out and have fun anymore.
But then her friends convince her to go out to a bar one night and it's there that she meets Caitlyn, a pretty girl who seems to stick out like a sore thumb. There's something about her that's different, drawing Vi right in. They spend the night together, soon engaging in a relationship. Caitlyn usually texts her, calling her when she can. And she usually only sees Vi during the night. Again, it's odd but Vi didn't really know much about Caitlyn to judge. She was beginning to fall for Caitlyn and Caitlyn was falling for her too.
That is, until nearly a month after dating Caitlyn, she sees her face on TV and finds out she isn't just Caitlyn. She's Princess Caitlyn Kiramman of Piltover. And that's when everything changes. -

Summary
Caitlyn Kiramman takes her job as a literature professor very seriously. Piltover University was a top school and highly prestigious and seeing as she had been teaching there for several years, Caitlyn wasn't going to let anything ruin that. Her parents weren't too pleased with Caitlyn taking the teaching job when she could've done something bigger and better with her life, according to them. After all, she had been an author herself for a little while before she resorted to teaching once her books hadn't been as successful as everyone thought they'd be.
So Caitlyn had to continuously prove herself to them... and herself.
Vi Lane had been going to Piltover University for a couple years now, her writing scholarship landing her there. She had defied the odds and Vi was determined to keep going - determined to be an author one day. But Vi can't control her urges, earning a reputation for being a fuckboy around campus and sleeping with whatever girl catches her eye. And the new woman to catch Vi's eye? Her new literature professor, Caitlyn Kiramman.
How long will Caitlyn be able to resist her charming student before she finally gives in? -

Summary
Caitlyn Kiramman didn't plan on letting Vi into her life. Or in between her legs.
After all, the two of them were polar opposites. Caitlyn was rich and popular, destined to be as great as her parents. Vi was a troublemaker from the bad part of town. So obviously, the two of them barely acknowledged each other's existence. The most that happened was a brief encounter in front of the library where the two bumped into each other. Vi's focused on bringing the soccer team fame and Caitlyn wants to get over her cheating ex, Dylan.
But when the two end up kissing at a party during a game of spin the bottle, that's when everything changes.
Although the two girls come from completely different worlds, there's a connection between them that can't be denied. So they get together, causing both a passionate yet dramatic relationship to follow. -

Vi has a dilemma.
Crushing hard on Sarah Fortune, Vi wants nothing more than to ask her out. But Sarah didn't go out with women that were inexperienced losers like Vi. If Vi was even going to stand a slight chance with her, she'd need to finally lose her virginity. Feeling hopeless, Vi turns to her very best friend, Caitlyn, for advice. She could talk to her about anything, seeing as though they had been best friends ever since they started college together.
And sure enough, Caitlyn has a solution. Just... not the one that Vi had imagined.
Caitlyn proposes the idea of being Vi's teacher, giving her sex lessons and teaching her everything she needs to know before she can approach Sarah. Although there were a million reasons why doing such a thing with your best friend is a horrible idea, Vi agrees regardless. As long as no strings become attached, everything should be fine... right? -

The two were once deeply in love, until Vi allowed fame and addiction to take over her life. Now, they only saw each other for the sake of their daughter. And Caitlyn knows Vi better than anybody. She can see Vi slowly falling apart, becoming a ticking time bomb each and every night she went out to go and party after her shows.
But the thing about bombs... they have to explode sometime. And Vi was bound to explode in the worst way possible.

“Do I look like I’m joking?” Vi retorted, hauling her duffel further into the room.
Caitlyn crossed her arms, still blocking part of the entrance. “There has to be a mistake.”
“No mistake,” Vi said sharply. “I already argued with the RA. Apparently, this is my room now.”
Caitlyn let out a disbelieving laugh, though there was no humor in it. “Fantastic.”

Caitlyn Kiramann is an immensely popular classical composer, her fame and popularity is widely known in Piltover though her identity is not known to the public, going by the alias Cadenza. However, Cait secretly aspires to be a folk/indie singer, touring the world.
Violet Lane is in a rock/alt/punk band, Hounds of the Underground, and are Zauns rising star. Though despite their rising fame the band is having trouble scraping by as Piltover producers have often turned them away. Their only hope being is to pave their own path.
The twos lives become intertwined when they meet at a bar for its weekly show and are both asked to go on tour across the nation. This could boost their fame to levels previously unknown, but can they share the spotlight?

It was, of course, at that point which the DJ decided to play the one song Caitlyn wished he wouldn’t.

When Powder gets accepted into the prestigious Kiramman Music Conservatory, Vi couldn't be more proud of her. Vi's band, The Sumprats, were getting consistent gigs and their fanbase was growing. After a hard life, things were really starting to look up. Vi was happy. Mostly.
The Conservatory was Caitlyn Kiramman’s life. She loved her piano. She loved her violin. Above all else though, she loved music. Filling her days with teaching and playing used to fill her with such great joy, but lately all she could feel was a growing sense of unrest.
