Aqua only hummed. Then, he froze.
“She– what.”
Akane doesn’t know how the dead doctor is related to either of the Hoshino twins, but from the sound of it, he had been dear to them. Which is why, for all of her intellect, she is taken aback when Aqua reacts with such confusion when she offhandedly mentions Ruby’s reaction upon finding the corpse.
On his part, Aqua just wants to know how Ruby knew him in his past life - and what she could have possibly meant to him for her to have had such an extreme reaction to his old body being found.

Summary
Just as Kim Dokja laid his eyes on the man, Yoo Joonghyuk stepped out of the shadows of one of the bridge’s supporting towers and his coat's high collar moved out of the way of his face.
…Ivan’s face.
His hair was different, ruffled from combat and wind-swept instead of artfully styled the way Ivan’s had been when Till had seen him last - when Till had stood on that stage all those years ago. His clothes were different, a practical black coat and black combat boots made for constant movement, rather than snow white with showy dress shoes.
But his face was unmistakable.
The protagonist of his favourite novel wears Ivan's face, yet seems to have none of his memories. As such, Kim Dokja's - Till's - attempts to survive the apocalypse are complicated by the ghosts of a world he'd thought he'd left behind.
Yoo Joonghyuk, on the other hand, would really appreciate it if the censor on this new wild card's face could drop for just a second - maybe then he'd be able to figure out where he knows this painfully familiar man from.

He's content to spend his days fishing the Sathersea, hunting in the wilderness of Piztala, and generally doing whatever he wants to.
