Summary
The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?
And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.
Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:
"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...
"Let's be heroes."

"villain and violent, infant and innocent. baby both arms cradle me now." these lyrics encapsulate this fic so well. this fic altered my brain chemistry, i literally think about this fic every day. it has such a beautiful message about learning to believe in yourself. the writing is amazing and so fun. the little moments between the class were such a pleasure to read. (and it has found family!!) even if you are not this fandom, i would recommend this to anyone. this is one of my comfort reads and favorite reads on this site <3 <3 <3

Summary
She'd said yes. Of course she had. But it didn't take more than a few days before it dawned on her that she'd have to pick a wedding dress. The last time she had worn a dress had been at Momo's wedding, and even that was reluctant, but she didn't want to disappoint her best friend. She'd faked her way through the day. This was different, though.
This was supposed to be her big day.

Summary
Denki Kaminari's parents are notorious crime lords. He's been raised, tortured, and abused by them from the mere age of three, but no one knows him as their son. He is better known as Golden, the best assassin for hire in the history of the black market. Thanks to years of rigorous training and endless bouts of torture, Kaminari was forced to become the most skilled killer villains had to offer. Whether that was good or bad, he didn't know.
At the age of 13, he gathered the courage to give up killing for evil and run away.
At the age of 15, he enrolled in UA high school and found the family he deserved: Class 1-A. The only problem is, they're way too observant for their own good. And with the return of familiar faces from his past and the revival of deadly conspiracies, it doesn't help that Kaminari's perfect, happy life is beginning to crumble around him either.
Or: all of the times Kaminari's classmates accidentally got a hint about his past and the one time they found out.
