Summary
After Law saved Luffy's life, they quickly became friends and now have been living together for two years. Things have been going fine and well between them but after a very awkward and unusual event, Luffy realizes he has very strong feelings for his roommate.
However, due to Luffy being scared of rejection and/or ruining his friendship with the older man, he is able to keep his crush completely secret and hidden from his roommate with no problem.
Until an unexpected visit may make things more complicated.

“Torao.”
“Hmm?” Law just mumbles acknowledging Luffy; when the other captain responds though, he regrets not pretending to be asleep to ignore him.
“You know, these past weeks we've been doing a lot of different stuff when we do it, so I was wondering if the next thing we could do was—”
"No,” Law interrupted the younger man dryly while still remaining facing away from Luffy, already knowing where this was going.
“Aw, come on! Why not?!”
And this made the surgeon very irritated; Luffy should fully know why not. He should because what Luffy was about to propose wasn’t new; they already talked about it, and Law already explained it to him three times in three separate occasions why they shouldn’t do it and why they wouldn’t do it, so either the rubber captain doesn’t listen to him or he’s just playing dumb thinking that Law will forget and suddenly accept what Luffy was proposing.
So he remains silent, not giving Luffy a response because a response isn't necessary since Luffy should know exactly why Law will not use his powers to switch up their bodies so they can have sex like that.

Ever since he got into this alliance and on the Strawhats ship, Law wasn't able to keep to himself without Luffy's presence and constant talking around him, until Law snaps and uses his powers so he can finally have that moment of peace.

"You’d… You’d understand if you’d let me take you, one of theses days. It’s just… very intense." Laios says. The Half-Foot clicks his tongue, annoyed.
"No way in hell. We agreed, you don’t top me in the dungeon."
"We could meet outside, then…? Maybe ?" The puppy eyes are back and something burns at the back of Chilchuck’s neck.
"We also agreed, Laios, no fraternizing outside of the dungeon. We just go our own before the next mission." Laios sighs, both in pleasure at Chilchuck pressing his hips forward, and in dejection at his words.
"I feel like I’m not very advantaged in this agreement." He huffs, and Chilchuck doesn’t reply that is, exactly, the point.

Law shut the book abruptly.
He was never the type of person to read romantic novels, but he could surely tell that the description he had just read wasn’t a very ally-like one, not even a friends-like. Who wrote this?! Why was it here? Where did this store get it from? And why did someone write about Luffy and Law being in some sort of romantic relationship?
Law didn’t understand anything.
