Summary
Goro Akechi died on Shido's ship, and he died a second time after the end of Maruki's reality. When he returns to life six months later, the sea of souls spits him out on a small island off the coast of Japan. He brings back with him an ancient fairytale forest, haunted by the ghosts of everyone he’s ever killed, and he is the only one who can free them. Instead of destroying everything inside, Goro chooses to stay. Wandering the forest, he completes impossible task after impossible task in the hopes of saving all his ghosts.
