Summary

Summary
After having to deal with so much in his short life, things are finally getting better for Bucky. He moved away from his abusive father, is going to college, works at Shield Cafe, has a lot of great friends and two wonderful boyfriends. Sam, Zemo and Bucky just got together and still have a lot to figure out, but so far their relationship is going great.
How will Bucky deal with Steve Rogers suddenly showing up at the Cafe? The man who has left him when they were just children, abandoning his best friend in the hospital after losing his arm, knowing fully well he’d have to suffer his father’s abuse completely alone? The son of the woman who called Bucky her child and then cut him out of their lives completely?
“Steve?”, Sam said suddenly, a strange look on his face. “When you pray for him, why do you do that?”
“Ma and I never found out which cemetery. I searched the gravestones for weeks, but I couldn’t find him.”
“You thought I was dead?”, Bucky realized.
