Yuuta lets out a sigh of relief. “You know I love you, too, right?”
The silence that follows holds all the answers to the previous conversation. Yuuta inhales sharply, his voice sounding a bit far away as he speaks.
“The problem is that I love you?”
Toge closes his eyes, gripping the phone so tight he’s scared he’ll break it.
“Shake.”
In the wake of Yuuta being overseas, Toge has to come to terms with the fact that the people around him really do care about him.

“Master Diluc.” He greets casually. “I’m afraid there’s no tab left, I didn’t order anything tonight. Why else would you have followed me, after all?”
“Kaeya.” Diluc stalks towards him. “Surely I misunderstood those men. Surely, you didn’t say you’re a single parent.”
“Your ears are perfectly functional.” Kaeya informs him. His heart is beating so heavily, he can feel it thump against his chest. “It isn’t any of your concern, I’m afraid.”
Kaeya finds out he’s pregnant shortly after Diluc leaves.

Summary
If you had told Garp a year ago that he would soon be captain of a pirate crew called 'The Justice Pirates' of all things he would have laughed. Or thrown a canon ball at you or possibly curled up in a ball and cried. It was an emotionally turmoil time for him - his grandson was going to be executed!
But now? Everything's going great. He's definitely not in the process of rekindling an old romance that ended terribly. He didn't leave behind his most trusted friend with the navy. He isn't watching his grandsons navigate their surprisingly complicated relationships. His third grandson didn't magically come back to life. His missing crew member isn't embroiled in a plot to take over a kingdom. His crew isn't in any immediate danger, and their all getting along just fine. Oh yeah, and his son didn't steal his own child away from their other father.
Good thing none of that's happening cause that would be... a lot.
