Summary
After what seemed like forever, May’s phone began to vibrate. Buck’s name appeared on the screen and she swiped right, answering the call. “Hey Buck, where are you?”
“May, I… I need help… I’m in the al-alley way by the smoothie place”. Buck’s voice sounded weak as she listened to him over the phone.
“What?! Why? Buck, what happened?”, May responded, quickly opening her door and getting out of the jeep.
His response never came and that only served to make May more anxious. Was Buck seriously injured? What should she expect? What if Buck was dying? The 118 had already been through so much and Buck was such an important part of that family, May couldn’t imagine how they would survive without him.

Summary
Today had been part of Buck’s big plan, which was giving Chris a proper snow day experience. Growing up in Texas, his son hardly ever had the chance to enjoy a day like this. Snow was rare and when it did snow, it only stayed for a few days. Chris’ chances didn’t exactly increase when they moved to LA. Which was why Buck was determined to show Chris how much fun the snow could be.

Summary
Every good story begins with a reversal of destiny.
For the sake of a job, Gabby wanted to introduce him to her brother’s then-girlfriend. Antonio, who is an actor like his sister, had just begun dating a young successful country singer. She’d recently had a breakout crossover hit and her popularity had skyrocketed. She was looking to hire her own security team instead of contracting the work out to an agency.
Gabby said she was wanting to hire someone with experience running a detail to be in charge of building a team from scratch.
Aside from wanting to please Gabby, it genuinely sounded like a great opportunity for him and so he’d agreed to a meeting.
That meeting was his reversal of destiny.

Summary
Eddie was not sick, no matter what anyone was going to say. It was just seasonal allergies. L.A. pollen was different to El Paso pollen, that was his excuse and he was sticking with it. He was cold because it was winter, simple as that. He was 100% not sick.
He might not be sick, but he does use it as an excuse to steal the pink sweater from Buck.
