Summary
Ten years after being abandoned by his father, Megumi somehow finds himself living with Toji again.
Toji isn't the easiest guy to live with. Sometimes he is gone for weeks, comes home drunk or injured, and gambles every cent away until the electricity gets shut off. Says he wants them to be closer, but moves away when Megumi sits next to him on the couch.
And to make matters worse, their apartment is a complete shithole. There are chains on the front door.

Summary
It bothers Toji Fushiguro that his son isn't more popular at school. He's never even had a girlfriend.
So Toji does what any cool dad would do - he throws a high school Halloween party for his son, decked out with decorations, costumes, and alcohol. The plan is to drag Megumi, kicking and screaming, into popularity. He's going to make sure his son experiences high school properly, and maybe even get him laid.
Toji doesn't expect to regret getting what he wanted.
