Summary
DATA ECHOES is a minecraft alternate universe centered around content creators and worldbuilding. essentially, it's the "irl minecraft" idea mixed with the "every youtuber/streamer is connected" thing taken seriously
the stories in here WILL be out of order, as that is how i'm writing them; once i have multiple stories in here, i will label their places chronologically- however, they do not need to be read that wayi've been working on this for roughly four (4) years by this point, and even then i have yet to finish the lore and world document; when it is ready, i'll share a link here for anyone curious enough to see

Summary
These headcanons, vignettes, and general lore dumps follow a canon divergent interpretation of the story.
Curly got to the cockpit just a few minutes earlier and was able to steer the ship so that the collision was not head on. Only a portion of the ship was hit; some breaches in the hull happened, but less. The crew eventually were able to send out a signal after lots of work, and got rescued a few months later. Nobody dies. Maybe Jimmy.

Summary
Curly hoped that he whittled away in that cryopod, he truly hoped he did. That lonely eye of his saw everything went down on that ship and wanted to go with them too, to die miserably is better than to live miserably.
That's when the cryopod opened, a wave of dread washed over him as he realized the implications of his awakening.
What Jimmy did? that wasn't mercy at all.
