San was never close with his Uncle. Ever since his mother’s disease, their relationship had soured. Yunho never visited his sister or acknowledged her existence in general. To him, she was as good as dead. He barely acknowledged San’s existence, either. So San dreaded the upcoming weeks when they had to share their dinners at the same table and crossed paths frequently in the halls. San hated his uncle, at least he wanted to, but his body betrayed him too often.

After about three meetings in one week that Wooyoung ‘didn’t have to go to’, he started actually getting suspicious. He was confused at first, but it was just curiosity. What on earth could San be doing that Wooyoung couldn’t witness? If it was just… permit stuff, why couldn’t he come? He half debated waiting in the damn truck to force San to take him.
And after about two weeks of suspicious nighttime outings, Wooyoung got anxious. The random texts and calls San kept getting before his nights out, those just made it worse. The first couple of times Wooyoung had ignored it- but San hardly used his phone, so why was it always on him, now? Why was he so quick to snatch it off the table when it went off, and Wooyoung was there? Why were all his calls hushed and taken across the entire backyard, where Wooyoung couldn’t hear unless he followed? The calls were frequent- the texts were daily, at this point. Who the hell was he talking to?
And then, he met her.

Not like he hasn’t thought of Yunho fucking him six ways to Sunday, holding him down through the mattress until there was nothing left on Mingi’s mind but the older’s name slipping from his tongue, but there was a certain line that he didn’t let himself cross, and it was all shattered thanks to Wooyoung.
So, screw Wooyoung.
The idea is planted so deeply in his head, that it is the last thing that Mingi thinks of before falling asleep, and the first thing in the morning when he wakes up.

When Mingi finally presents as an alpha, he is twenty-one years old. Not only is his presentation over three years late, but it's also excruciatingly, horrifically painful.
He sweats into the bedsheets, crying in pain and Yunho smells strongly like distress and worry, which only makes him sob harder. All he wants is to lie down and never get up again, hating every second of the horrible, itchy, hot feeling that his rut causes, hating what he’s presented as, hating being an alpha.
