Summary
Alternate world where Sophie never turned old, and the flamboyant Wizard Howl has been galavanting around Market Chipping for some years now. The young ladies are no longer afraid of him, but Sophie at least is very wary, especially since every time he's around trouble is not far behind (sometimes taking the form of the witch of the waste.)
Still, she has grown somewhat fond of the wizard, but she knows more than to listen to his flowery words. She has more sense than that.
But when Sophie bites off more than she can chew by agreeing to plan the Market Chipping Winter Solstice Ball, and becomes quite by accident (by way of magic) the most wanted lady in town, Howl becomes more trouble than he's ever been before!
(Also known as: Howl has a longtime crush on Sophie, but hasn't given up being a flirt! But starts to panic once Sophie becomes super popular! Now he's trying desperately to either foil the other men's plans, or woo Sophie! And of course Sophie doesn't believe a word he says lololol)
NOTES: Howl is closer to Sophie's age in this version. Currently, Sophie is 23, and Howl is 25

Summary
One day, Mother had assured them, Class Zero would stand among the l’Cie as the Dominion’s foremost defense. They would fight alongside the Crystal Keeper, lay waste to Rubrum’s foes, and protect the nation against any and all threats.
Queen had been made ready for that day. And today? Today was their first step towards that future. The first step towards grasping their destiny.
But the second their airship’s cargo door had depressurized their cabin and began to peel away and downwards, the screams had reached her. The shrieking metal of Imperial weapons and wails of both near and distant wounded. It was...chilling. It quenched her steady confidence in a way she had not expected it to. The tide of her siblings pushed her forward. Down the ramp that door had now become, onto the hard ground. Into cacophony.
No gimmicks here, just a straightforward full-on rewrite of Final Fantasy Type-0. No canon knowledge necessary.

Summary
"They're dead," Sasuke cries, his tears soaking into Itachi's vest. "Nii-san, they're all dead..."
Itachi wraps his arms around his trembling brother, holding him close. He presses his lips against Sasuke's hair, rests his chin on the top of his head.
He doesn't cry. He hasn't cried since he was four.
AU. The Uchiha Massacre still happens, but not by Itachi's hand. Itachi stays in Konoha, and Sasuke grows up with his brother at his side.

A need for practical advisement and relaxation send Leon, Raihan, and Hop to Alola. It's a shame their well-deserved, quaint vacation and quest to reach the Battle Tree is interrupted by a familiar face from the past.
Unexpected though it may be, too many things have gone unsaid, and Leon is tired of pretending he's okay with that.
