Summary

“It certainly isn’t ideal," Crowley grimaces. "So, I suppose I’ll have to pop Downstairs and fetch it back. Let’s hope he wasn’t acting under Beelzebub’s orders, but if he was… Well. I might not make it back anytime soon."
Aziraphale is looking at him like he’s suddenly started speaking in tongues. “Crowley, honestly, what goes on in that head of yours? I’ll be going with you, of course.”
“What.”

Set in early season 1: Aziraphale never notices Agnes' book in Crowley's car. Instead, Hastur steals it, forcing Aziraphale and Crowley to travel to Hell to retrieve it.

Summary
When Aziraphale is encouraged to visit a certain pub in March of 2020, the last thing he's expecting is to meet the man of his dreams. The lanky man in black also seems just as enamored of him, and the two of them agree to meet later in the week.
The problem? The country went into lockdown two days after they met. And Aziraphale didn't get the man's name.
It takes almost five years - and two meddling friends - but they find each other again.

When Aziraphale goes to donate a misprinted Bible for a charity auction, he somehow accidentally ends up auctioning himself. He's horrified to be won by a 'lanky man in black', and determined to tell the man that there's been a mistake when they meet after the auction to discuss the date. There is no way he will be going out with some complete stranger that 'bought' him.
And then he actually meets the lanky man in black, and starts to think that perhaps going on the date might not be such a bad thing.

But as a serpent, gliding low to the ground with fluid, animalistic grace, he felt strangely liberated. Almost carefree. A creature of the wild, unburdened by the expectations of angels, demons, or humans.
Aziraphale, of all beings, had noticed the shift. And in all his centuries, he never expected to find such serpentine elegance so utterly captivating.
