Aether peeked his head up from his own sheet about reviewing Dew to look down over his glasses at Rain. Sure, it wasn’t out of the realm of possibility, and certainly not abnormal, but considering Rain was a ghoul Aether wasn’t sure if he fully believed him.
“You’re saying you’re a virgin?” Aether asked, before looking back over at Dew.

"Oh, come on." Raph threw his head back in annoyance. But still, he complied, getting up.
"Sorry April, we gotta go!" Mikey cheerfully waved- but just before he could end the call, April spoke up.
"Why don"t you just shop during the day tomorrow? Would be a lot easier..."
"Because then humans would see us." Mikey"s smile went away to make way for a frown. "Duh."
"But..." April turned around to face them again. "You guys can go out in the open now."

Raph huffs, the soft sound disappearing amongst the noise of the city below him. The fresh air has calmed down the roiling emotions from earlier. His limbs feel heavy and fatigued, the absence of his sais from his belt making a noticeable difference as he shifts his weight.
He needs to go home. It’s almost curfew.
“Why a hair salon?”
The voice does not make him jump, because he’s been expecting it. There was no way he was going to get away with practically running away from the sewers in a haste without having some kind of confrontation.
