Gwen wasn’t expecting to show the band her song today. Or ever, really. She didn’t want them to know that she stayed up all night working with an old guitar and a tired old drum set, trying to piece things together because she couldn’t go to sleep without finishing the song. She didn’t want anyone to find out her feelings towards this boy made her sleepless at nights, and creative outlet only taking away some of the obsession, but leaving her with the bittersweet feeling in her chest.

Summary
It's embarrassing for her to admit, but when several tons of debris crashed down towards Gwen, she froze like a deer in headlights. Or, at least, it will be embarrassing if she lives long enough to admit it to anyone. Several tons of rubble is a lot for anyone, even with the enhancements of a radioactive spider bite.
Lucky for her that Miles would never let her die. Not when he could stop it.
