There is a pause and the man stares back at Jeongguk, surprised, as the previous expression of half annoyance-half shock clears up and he smiles. "and you wish to be a lover." he finishes, closing the book. "your favourite quote, is it?"
Jeongguk does not usually feel comfortable quoting Virginia Woolf to a man at a strip club, a strip club where he works (yes, even if he is reading a book by Woolf, he reasons in his head), but somehow and even he does not know why, he feels at ease.
Or,
Jeongguk just wants to get out of the strip club he works in without punching someone and losing his job. That is until he meets a man who completes his favourite quote and his tattoo.

"Hey hyung, Seokie finally convinced you to take him out for brunch?" Yoongi asks, but he can see his neighbor's eyes focused on the boy next to him.
Sure enough, Seokjin doesn't waste any time before asking "Yoongi-yah, who is this?"
"Seokjin-hyung, Hoseok, this is Jeongguk" something seems to click in Jeongguk's head because before Yoongi can finish what he was saying, he sees Jeongguk smiling at him and putting his arm around his waist.
"It's nice to finally meet you, Seokjin-ssi and Hoseok-ssi, I'm Yoongi hyung's boyfriend"
Yoongi hopes his face doesn't show his surprise because he was not expecting that. It takes some time to understand what is going on until he realizes what Jeongguk is doing.

Yoongi goes to decline, but Jungkook warmly exclaims, “Sure!” and Yoongi nearly punches him in the face for it. Jungkook continues to smile politely. “I’d love to.”
(or; When Yoongi is up for a promotion at work, Jungkook forms a plan to be each other's fake fiancé, but it doesn't exactly go accordingly.)
