Summary
Buck made a noise like he was drowning. “This is humiliating. It’s-it’s mortifying, I am mortified. I need fresh air, holy shit.”
Eddie watched, mouth open, as Buck just about flew off the bed in his haste to get out onto the balcony. The sliding door slid shut so firmly it rebounded and stayed half-open while Buck leant on the rail.
Had they been dating?

Summary
“Buck, please wake up.” His voice sounds like a plea now, the tears have subsided a bit and so has the tension in his body. Buck looks so calm which makes this all the more ironic and painful. He looks like he's just sleeping, just like when he sleeps over at home and finds him the next morning in the strangest position on the couch. But he feels that something is missing, that something doesn't quite add up in this scene. And it's not just the hospital gown, nor all the pain he feels. There's something missing. “I can't do this without you.”
Or, while Eddie waits for Buck to wake up from his coma and is having a hard time, Buck is in a dream where he and Eddie have been married for 5 years.
