Despite his hard exterior, Wanderer has a few fears, with thunder being one of them. It’s ironic, considering who his creator is.
He’s dealt with thunder numerous times during his time among the Fatui- and he’s experienced way worse than thunder.
However, he wasn’t regressed during those experiences. Wanderer isn’t scared of thunder, but small, helpless Kabukimono is.

Summary
A week after Dvalin had been saved, and after Signora stole the gnosis of the god of freedom, Paimon and Aether are getting ready to leave for Liyue. Aether realizes that they haven't yet said a true goodbye to everyone's favorite bard, Venti, and, as much as Paimon would *rather not*, they go to look for him.
Turns out, Diluc has a request for them regarding the pesky bard.
