Summary
After a lifetime spent trying to avoid notice, Isabel de los Santos wakes up in a world that makes it impossible for her to hide. Tech-savvy and compassionate, Izzy's an obvious candidate for the Railroad, and Deacon jumps at the chance to get her on board. With a little luck and a little help, he thinks they've got a real shot at taking down the Institute.
Of course, Deacon's life would be easier if that help wasn't coming from the same Gunner recruit he hooked up with on an infiltration mission a few months back.

Summary

Summary
MacCready squinted blearily through his scope and lined up his rifle. A heavy drop of blood slid down his forehead and passed, warm and sticky, through the hollow between his eye and his nose. The man in his sights was some kind of asshole: MacCready had seen him shoot down a passing settler, and that was as good a justification as any to shoot him. MacCready was coming up on twelve hours without any food, and with the Gunners on his tail it was no time to be picky. Asshole was bald, with a nasty scar from his forehead to his chin, and he staggered when MacCready shot him in the head, staggered and brought his hand up to touch the hole in his temple.
“What the fuck,” said MacCready, and shot him again.

Summary
Josephine Maddox has spent her entire life grappling with the person she wants to become. Then, the attacks start, and the hysteria they’d worked so hard to destroy with the Institute returns, but this time, it's no boogeyman. No leads, no explanations, and they’re left grasping at straws, until a face MacCready never thought he’d see again appears in Sanctuary with their lifeline.
