Happy Pride 2024! 🏳️🌈 This was my WIP for Pride month and for the #LGBTQWriteAThon.
This is a companion story to my story “FiFty Shades of Bull.” Philip is mentioned several times as the last person Samahl was with before The Iron Bull.After an adolescence of fighting as a mercenary that leads to burnout, Philip devotes himself to the Maker and to the Chant of Light in the Free Marches. After five years of celibacy, Philip craves the touch and love of another. But he persists in his vow of celibacy and devotion to the Maker. That is, until he meets Samahl Lavellan, a Dalish elf musician and apothecary he cannot stop thinking about.

Garret Hawke, Champion of Kirkwall and the rallying cry of mages everywhere despite his own non-mage background, volunteered to stay behind in the Fade to save the Wardens and the world he loved from an army of demons.
Now Hawke must finish the fight against the Nightmare and, hopefully, find his way back home through an active rift. Hawke is facing the Fade and all its horrors alone without his companions and without the love of his life.
But maybe, just maybe, the Fade and all its denizens should be more wary of Hawke than Hawke should be afraid of the Fade.
