Summary
When it comes to the Alphas' infamous greatest strength, the Command, plenty of factors come into play. Age. Designation of the recipient. Determination of the Alpha. The level of trust between them, particularly in the context of a familial or mating bond.
Every single one of these factors is against Powder when Vi Commands her to stay. Powder cries and screams and smashes her weak, useless fists against her weak-willed, useless head, but her legs remain rooted to her room, to safety.
Powder hates Alphas—almost as much as she hates herself.
In which Ekko is Silco's left hand, Vi leads the resistance against him, and Powder lives safely in Piltover—until she doesn't.

Powder groaned. “I hate waiting.”
Vi, standing next to Caitlyn and in uniform like the omega, handed Powder a cold can. “Here, Pow,” the alpha said. “Have more juice.”
Vander, hearing it, excused himself from his conversation with the dock workers and approached them. “How many is that now?” he asked Vi, chuckling as Powder popped the can open and chugged it.
Vi grinned. “A dozen and counting.”
“Dad,” Powder whined. “I’m bored!”

As tensions rise between both sides of the city, Vi and the omega Topsider who sprung her must put aside their differences and work together to prevent an all-out war.
One problem: Vander was right—she has a soulmate.

The phone rings exactly three times before there’s the sound of ruffling of bedsheets and the soft groaned cursing of an unknown voice, urging a baby to come back to bed.
Maybe she has the wrong number and this is stupid and of course he’d not keep the same number, she’s so stupid-
“Azula?” Zuko’s gruff voice ask, worried and sleepy and confused and allowing her to take a deep relieved breath as her hands grip the paper in her hands in the dark of Father’s office.
“She’s not dead, Zuzu.”(or the Modern AU where Azula runs away from her abusive father, Zuko is a good brother and Sokka is trying to cope with this sudden ‘Find Mom’ road trip his boyfriend and his boyfriend’s baby sister are getting into).

Drummed out of the military academy on the eve of getting her commission, she's been disowned and has nowhere to turn by her uncle in his voluntary exile in the United Republic of Nations.
Her first impressions with Katara, one of Zuko's 'friends', is disastrous. And while Azula, slowly awakening to not being the straight girl she thought she was, can't deny the scissor sparks from butting heads with Katara, she's definitely a partisan of Azula's estranged brother Zuko.

After 17-year-old schoolgirl Katara makes it into the top four at the last national women's school tennis championships, she is awarded a scholarship to the famous Hiroshi Sato Elite Girls' School in Tokyo, where she meets up with her old rival Azula. The successful young player and captain of the tennis club is considered ambitious, intelligent, beautiful, perfect and a born model student. During the hot summer vacation, a strange dynamic develops between the two different schoolgirls that neither of them had expected.
...The schoolgirl follows in her animal companion's footsteps and as soon as the front door is locked, the two of them cling to each other without sharing a word and kiss each other hard on the mouth. Although it was only a short period of separation, Azula seems to have missed her sorely. Katara feels exactly the same and is gradually becoming aware of her feelings towards the black-haired woman. The phone sex has only reinforced this and yet she can't get a word out as their tongues play wildly with each other and only the irregular sounds of breathing can be heard...
Attention this is a Yuri High School Story in a modern setting, with explicit content!
