Tommy runs away to Techno's after banishment and there, in the frozen tundra, hearts melt, relationships are bonded and true healing is achieved. But it's gonna be a pain to get there.

"And why do you care? You, not three minutes ago, just hauled me out here and said leave. Since when do you care if I die?" Technoblade seemed taken aback for some reason. After a moment though he responded,
"I mean, you probably wouldn't even make it to the property line and that would just be inconvenient to deal with. Death tends to lower the property value. So for my sake, will you just come inside and warm up first?"
Something in Tommy sank that Technoblade didn't refute Tommy's claim of not caring if he died but Tommy wasn't too surprised either. But well, if the man was offering, it would be nice to feel his fingers again. Technoblade wasn't really one for lying either or tricks like this. So, Tommy shrugged and with as much grace he could muster strolled back into the nearly blazing warm house,
"If you insist, don't mind if I do."

AKA I demand everyone be 10% more rational and be a family again.

Summary
Technoblade kept his head tilted back, his eyes closed. Like a cat, he sat relaxed in the heat of the late evening sun, his hands gently cupping the dirt and grass, relishing each gentle touch that swiped past his scalp.
The motion stopped and Tommy leaned back. "It's done." He said simply, bumping shoulders with the pink-haired man. Technoblade rumbled gently, something akin to a soft purr as he appraised Tommy's handiwork.
"You've gotten better, runt." Technoblade complimented, threading his hands through the articulate braid, in between which little white flowers reared their heads.
Tommy flushed, turning his head away with his chin resting upon his palm. The teenager sat cross-legged, the grass tickling his knees through his jeans. In the ebbing golden light of dawn, his hair was like molten gold, his eyes but an ocean reflecting the light of the sun.
OR
A Bartmaeus inspired Bedrockbros AU, FT Tommy's horrible latin and Techno's love for romantic movies.
And Fuck Wilbur Soot, Support victims. Being rewritten to remove him.

Techno had walked up to the counter of his favorite coffee shop, his lips turned in a small frown when he didn’t spot Tommy behind the register, instead there being a distraught looking girl with pink hair.“Where’s Tommy…Niki.” Techno said, his eyes scanning the name tag pinned to the red apron of the girl in front of him. The girl sniffed, raising brown eyes to meet Techno’s.
“I’m- I’m sorry sir. Tommy won’t be in today. He- he was kidnapped last night.”

Six weeks ago Tommy became a murderer.
The two of them end up in the same group therapy and find each other to be what they might need to heal.
(But how quickly do the lies unravel when one end of the line gets caught?)Or
RetiredVillain!Tommy and Hero!Wilbur meet in the same group therapy session after Tommy kills Wilbur's brother, Techno, on patrol. Oblivious of each other's identities, they try to heal together. They're bound to discover, not every wound can be healed.

No matter the dream, the voice always made a promise to him.
“I’ll meet you there Toms. I love you!”
Tommy knew that, realistically, these faux memories were just ways for his brain to cope with the events he has gone through. A childish way to have faith in the world around him, to protect his innocence. Tommy knew though. He knew that they were pointless. The world was not kind to people like him. He had no friends, no family. His only companion would forever be the harsh, unforgiving wind.
But is it okay to wish that it was real?
Tommy gathers a clump of newspapers and other materials he can use to make a pillow for himself. Lying on the ground to fall asleep there’s one thought that stays with him as his eyes slowly shut.
How much longer do I have to wait?
Or
