Summary
Nandor is a skilled writer. For seven centuries, his journals have immortalized all sorts of things—letters, lists, diary entries, and even poetry.
(The poetry has gotten more frequent in the past fifteen years.)
Herein lies an example: Nandor waxes eloquent on fire, destruction, and the nature of being in love.

Summary
When it comes to the matter at hand, Nandor doesn’t tend to actually ask for what he wants—stringing him along until he’s willing to grovel for it is the whole point of the game. And anyways: Guillermo’s vision for the evening involves a Nandor too incoherent to ask for much in the first place.
Just Nandor getting tied up and teased and mouth-fucked. That’s about it.

Summary
“You can’t let me die,” Guillermo says, loudly, his gaze heavy with fear. He lifts his hand, and presses it over Nandor’s where it rests on his cheek. “Nandor. Master. Don’t let me die. Please.” His voice breaks on the last word, and he lets out a shivering sob.
Tears start to prick at Nandor’s eyes, and he turns over his hand to take Guillermo’s fingers in his grasp. He pulls them away from Guillermo’s cheek, and lifts it to his mouth, bowing his head and pressing his lips into the warm skin.
“Nandor,” Guillermo repeats, voice fading, crackling with tears. “Please.”

Vampirism is a curse, and Nandor cares for Guillermo too much to burden him with that.

Summary
Looking into those shocked eyes, Nandor forgot about the two dead vampires. He didn’t care that he had just failed in his mission, didn’t feel the sting of the crucifix, didn’t give a second thought to the stake pointed at his heart. Crumpled on the floor, trapped, vulnerable, all he felt was safe.
He took in a breath, trying to voice the feeling before reality could catch up to him. “You-”
That unfroze the slayer. He pulled the stake back, sprang to his feet and disappeared through the doorway, and once again, Nandor was alone.
***
Desperate for a distraction from his emptiness, Nandor agrees to help the Vampiric Council track down a slayer who’s been targeting esteemed council members. As the hunt goes on and Nandor comes face-to-face with his past, he has to decide where his loyalties lie - and how far he's willing to go to fight for them.
