His eyes are as intense as Nagi made out through the dark, at the edge of the cliff, right after he saved his life or on their way down the hill, after he threw himself at Nagi and demanded a place in his life forcefully. They’re bright, and big -so big, and full of hope, and Nagi can’t help but think that they’re pretty. Reo is pretty. And his lips, so easily stretched up in that heart whole smile, melt something inside Nagi’s chest. He feels his eyelids grow heavy, his vision becoming hazy as if under a spell.
Reo let’s go of Nagi’s collar, running freely now that they’re on flat ground. “now that I have you by my side, I’m sure I can do it, Nagi! So be mine!”
