Summary
Friends since they could remember clearly, Ezreal, Kayn, and his sister Akali carried a mixture of not-so-harmonious colors. Ezreal held in his heart that hopeful green that blossomed alongside plants in spring, in contrast to Kayn"s deeply melancholic blue.
Separated shortly after turning twelve, a month before the first Christmas Ezreal would spend alone with his stuffed animals, the story follows happy childhood memories, overshadowed by the passing of time. The summers spent running barefoot on hot asphalt and licking the melting ice cream between their sticky fingers would become only distant and fond memories, intensified by the pain of when Zed would have stolen his wife"s car, taking the children with him as far away as possible.Or:

After a few minutes, Ezreal sat up, brushing his bangs away from his face with another long, distressed sigh.
“I’m… I think I might be pregnant.”
Aphelios choked on his own saliva, and his eyes immediately drifted towards Ezreal’s hands, spotting the positive pregnancy test he held close to his lap, almost as if trying to hide it from view.
“Might?” He gestured, skepticism slipping its way through the one-worded question.
“...There are false positives.” Ezreal affirmed in a trembling sob, as if that damned little smiling baby shown in the test’s screen mocked him directly.
"Boohoo! You’re pregnant in your early twenties, and Kayn’s the father!" It said, taunting him before erupting in giggles.-

Summary
The first time it happens is an accident, mostly.
It"s really not his fault either, Ezreal has never fucked a vampire before – and certainly never dated one – he"s not really sure quite how they affect each other, and Kayn had been just as clueless. It was a happy accident when they found out he"s delicious and almost impossible for Kayn to drain dry.
So, obviously, it"s just as much of an accident when they realize that Ezreal can, in fact, mesmerize the absolute fuck out of Kayn.

Ekko couldn"t say exactly if Ezreal"s exaggerated jumps caused the clock to slow down, or if the change of route of a gigantic spaceship based on a mega-powerful ore could slow down the clock, but he could tell that Ezreal was in trouble.
