More and more strange cases appear with symptoms that seem to be linked to the fictional thing called the omegaverse. It appears to be real. Researchers and scientists have worked together to find a chemical reaction that declares what group a mobian is part of; alpha, beta, or omega. Sonic let himself be retested because he does not believe he is an omega. He's in denial and doesn't treat himself properly as an omega should. Because of that, he gets in trouble with alphas.
