For the past few years or so, Jackson was OBSESSED with Mcqueen. He’d study every little detail about that red-suit racer. His techniques, his preferences, even his histories with Radiator Springs and his prissy little girlfriend. One could even say that Jackson was his biggest fan. Countless hours were spent fantasizing about Mcqueen, imagining being on that podium with him. To score higher than him, to stand next to him, to humiliate him. Gosh, how Jackson wanted to touch the man.
“The final lap and Storm is still keeping the lead, this is not looking good for Mcqueen”.
So Jackson’s first race against his idol.
He beats him.

Storm, the bastard, grinned. His irritatingly straight punchable teeth taunted Lightning. He tightened his grip on the man's collar, his knuckles going white with how hard he was clenching them around the fabric.
“I think you heard me.”
There was a crack as Lightning’s first landed straight on Storm’s face. His nose broke underneath the sheer force behind Lightning’s fist. Blood dripped down Storm’s upper lip as he gasped in pain.

Summary
Lightning Mcqueen was at the top of the world. Racing against friends and new racers was an amazing feeling. Everything was great until a new racer show up. His name? Jackson Storm. After he show up, everything in the racing sport started to change. Racers, teams, sponsors and the public.
((So I saw a pic about Storm and then I discover fanfics about Storm and Lightning and totally ship them. Sadly there isn't many fanfics of this two so I'm making one myself. This fanfic take place at the beginning of Cars 3 since I think the movie was a bit rushed. Also I will be changing the age of some characters.))
