Summary
Darkness cannot exist without light but neither can light exist without darkness.
When shadows resurfaced to take over the world and its inhabitants, an old prophecy seems to be fulfilled. The Dragon Reborn is at a crossroads, but when he is needed most, he disappears.
When Moiraine loses her powers, she feels she loses all remaining chances for redemption. She and Lan head West to get help, while an old shadow returns again, and she has to deal not only with the distance between her and her friends, but also with her past that comes back again to destroy her once more.
It takes place immediately after the final episode of season one, but does not follow season two or the books. None of the characters belong to me.
