Buck comes out to the firefam, Bobby is Buck’s father, and the first date!!!! Sorry for the bad summary, here’s a snippet of the story though

Bobby quietly whispers into Buck’s ear,” I am so proud that you had the courage to come out to all of us. Even if you weren’t entirely ready to do it today. You are so brave son, and I couldn’t be prouder of you.”
Bobby’s words washed over Buck, and silent tears started to fall from his eyes. He wasn’t sure if his own father would be as accepting as Bobby. The man he views as a father figure, pseudo-father really. He really wasn’t even sure if the Phillip would ever accept Buck as himself. He hugged Bobby even closer while he silently cried.
A silent and chocked out whisper followed a few minutes later, calm enough to speak,” Thank you Bobby, this means a lot for me. I’m not even sure if my actual dad would accept me.”
That quiet confession, both the verbal and nonverbal, had Bobby hugging Buck tighter. Glad he could do this for Buck, be a father to him in times he needs it. Even if they both fucked up with how, why, and during the lawsuit. They stayed like that a minute longer before pulling away.

Before Josh could say anything, Buck was asking him, "It's 3am, why’d you text me to come over?”
The tears that had been about to fall since waking up, started to fall and he rushed to Buck to hug him. His tears quickly turned into sobs. Buck’s eyes widened in shock, he’d never seen Josh break down like this, not even after all the shit he’s been through. Buck slowly wrapped his arms around Josh, as not to startle or scare him anymore.

....."Hey look at me and trust me." I looked up at him and nodded my head, I was faintly blushing, it was nice to be around someone taller than me.
We danced for about an hour before we left the floor. We walked over to a buffet and got some food. I looked over and saw a beautiful painting. The man I've been dancing with looked over at me and said," Would you like a tour of the palace for the paintings?" I looked at him in shock," Are you sure? I don't mind looking at a few things on my own."
He shook his head no. "I will not let a fair maiden like yourself be alone. Besides, I'd love to get to know you. I missed your name when you walked in. Two girls were talking loudly." I smile and nod my head. For the next few hours we walk around and talk. I admire the artwork with one of my largest smiles in a while. I honestly don't even care if I haven't met the prince. He's probably a snotty brat.
