Take Midoriya Izuku. Change things so that he idolises villains for how they inspire heroes. Give him an impetus to develop super science. Watch the exploits of a SUPER VILLAIN.

Izuku's personality remains the same but instead of heroes he is a villain otaku who believes in the narrative convention that a hero is defined by their villains.
So he decides to provide the heroes with a better class of villain to help the heroes improve.

When Stannis was gone, Renly couldn’t help but look up once more, towards the comet hanging in the sky. Bright red, and so far away. It had appeared last night and would surely vanish from the sky within the evening, having continuing its course through space away from the planet with no name where Renly had been reborn. The planet where, he knew, he would face dragons and monsters born from the cold.
Renly turned away. The comet did not mean anything. He had more pressing matters to attend anyway. He was going North to meet the infamous Ned Stark. With any luck, maybe he would finally find the beginning of the Plot.
Or maybe the Plot would find him.

This was less than ideal…
In fact, I dere say being X has outdone themselves with the circumstances they had put me in.
A world full of things much like my second life, where magic existence is common knowledge and you either are born with it or not, and a world that is in an all out war with itselfs.
But, what really made my hatred towards that damn self-declared god reach higher than ever before, isn't the tyrannical ways of our CEO and his first commander, for I would use the same method of carrot and stick to improve my employees performance. Or the fact that we don't get paid at all for our efforts. Or that I was orphaned... Again.
No.
What really made my blood boil at the thought of that overpowered lunatic are… princesses.
