It seems impossible. All of Izuku’s carefully thought out analysis on All Might’s sexuality over the years had resulted in a firm conclusion that All Might must be firmly aromantic. It had all come together so easily that it seemed as if All Might must have been pointedly hinting at it.
A part of Izuku breaks inside at the mere idea that his analysis might be wrong.
“Ah, no,” All Might says, absent-mindedly crushing the flower in his hand. “I’m in hate.”

Or, All Might has contracted hanahaki disease over his sheer hatred for All for One. Everyone is horrified by this because it's so hard to hate someone that much that his feelings must go far beyond pure hatred. Izuku's just glad that his All Might headcanons are right!
