Summary
What he had been wearing in his dream, if anything, never mattered. He floated, he flew, he curled up at the warm roots of a huge tree that filled the sky. Sometimes, he lay in a cradle of cool stone, protecting the gentle and abiding heat in the centre of his chest. It was only in the harsh reality of wakefulness that Yuji knew to be disturbed at all, particularly on nights like these, when the curse mark in the middle of his chest throbbed like a second heartbeat.
Sometimes, that was enough to convince him that the curse he carried had already been triggered and was merely waiting for the right time to burst out of his body. Most days, he was resigned to the fact that it would kill him. Then, on even rarer nights, Yuji thought that the curse might just be what he was meant to grow into, not anything he should fear.

Buying Fukuzawa a present shouldn't be this hard, but at least Nakahara hasn't given into the urge to squish him into the ground yet, which is either telling of Nakahara's self-control or Ranpo's ability to be charming.

Summary
Transported back in time, Megumi must rely on the only familiar face in Heian Japan. Ryoumen Sukuna, a curse to some and deity to others, decides to keep him.
The futility of Megumi’s plans distilled into desperation, which had him contemplating that name again: Ryoumen Sukuna, the only familiar one here.
But the people spoke of Sukuna in this era with utter terror. There was no air of triumph like in the modern day. Sukuna hadn’t been sealed yet, and the world knew him as the unbeatable, invincible King of Curses. He wasn’t the Sukuna that Megumi knew.

Summary
“Am I going to walk outside my practice and see a dead body?” Megumi questions, trying to keep his voice neutral.
He really won’t be able to avoid calling the cops if that happens. Megumi is not about to go to jail for a crime he didn’t commit because Sukuna couldn’t clean up after himself. But Sukuna only lets out a laugh, Megumi pauses his stitches as Sukuna’s stomach rolls from the unexpected movement.
“Not at all, sweetheart,” he says, voice dipping low, “I don’t like mixing business and pleasure.”

Sukuna doesn't see the point of going to hospitals when there's a very pretty vet down the street who can be his personal doctor.
