Now, Dean stood in front of the seesaw all by himself in this big empty park and he just felt sad. This overwhelming type of sadness that was much too big for his tiny body. He missed his brother, and he didn’t want to go on the seesaw without him. They had played on it a bit before the baby had gotten bored and clambered off to go do whatever, like eat sand.
He missed his Dad and his Mom. The sun was setting and he was scared and he wanted to go home. But he threw a tantrum, and Daddy had warned him that he’d leave him if he kept whining like a baby and then he did leave and he's probably not coming back and Dean just wanted to go home.

Summary
He’s had plenty of body aches, and he’s no stranger to sleeping limbs, but this is a new kind of lack of feeling spreading through his bones like a disease. His vision blurs and his mind drifts in and out like a sketchy radio station.
He almost calls out, but his voice dies in his throat, suddenly feeling tired. More tired than before, breathing is hard; not panic-attack-hard, or not-having-enough-air-hard, but as in his lungs just won’t put in the effort to expand; they too had gone achingly numb.
Why hasn’t Sam stood up? Is he also experiencing this strange out-of-body trip? Dean hopes not, then they’re both screwed.

Aka: Sam and Dean are cursed by witches and Castiel in all his guardian-angel-warrior glory has to fix it.
Takes place in the weird, "milk run," downtime between/around 11x7 "Plush" and 11x8 "Just My Imagination". It has nothing to do with those episodes though.

He heard the shuffling of the monkey cubs as they squished themselves into small piles of warmth, curling into each other to hold onto that loving huddle of care; he almost felt jealous. The last time he felt something like that must've been ages ago.
It was ages ago, centuries even; with the man next to him nonetheless. But he doesn't want to confront that now, not like this, not when the silence between them is for once not hostile. When the peace echos in every exhale, when the tension doesn't feel as tight.
If only it could've stayed that way.

The sun was sparking, peeking in his window like it did every morning in the gleaming streets of Tumble Town, shining brightly through the glass like a stalker, watching him fight against the blankets he happily buried himself in the night prior, an act he was beginning to regret. Jimmy would've shut the curtains if he had any, he'd been meaning to buy some for a while now, or at least fashion up his own, but never had the chance; being the sheriff of a blossoming town such as this left him with hardly any spare time for something a trivial as getting himself a curtain. And considering the ache that encompassed his head he certainly wasn't going to do it today; not with the blinding heat that rushed through his veins like acid, burning him from the inside to the out.

Dean is de-aged by a witch. Every night for six nights, he'll gain another five years until he's back to his original age and the curse has run its course.

“M’fine, Sammy!” Dean grimaced at the tremor in his voice. Way to sound believable, Dean.
“You don’t sound fine, Dean. Are you… puking?”Dean doesn't get sick. Except that when he does, he gets REALLY sick, and it's usually up to Sam to get him through it. OR Dean spikes a crazy fever complete with the stomach flu, and Sam takes care of him.
Written for Whumptober 2023, and covers day two and three's prompts, "Thermometer" (and possibly also "Delirium") and "Make it stop". It also covers day 14's "Just hold on."
