Before Lumine answered, he sighed and looked away from her, closing his eyes.
“No… I’m sorry, Collei… I keep calling you by her name, but it’s obvious she’s not here…” He took a big breath. “How odd… even your scent reminds me of her now...”
Lumine chose the wrong time to return to Sumeru and visit Gandharva Ville. Tighnari had poisoned himself and was barely aware of his surroundings. Confusing her with Collei had caused him to say more than he would have wanted...

When the woman turned to look at him, a shudder ran through Albedo’s body. Her irises, the color of liquid gold, seemed to glow as she stared at him intently. Her face seemed young, in her twenties at most, but her eyes hid something mysterious and enigmatic which he immediately felt a strong urge to explore.
An unknown woman with golden eyes and hair was found near Mondstadt. Since she spoke in a language that seemed not to belong to Teyvat, Albedo was assigned to try to communicate with her. As they spent time together, they became closer and closer to each other...

Tighnari answered immediately, yet something in his voice sounded distant as if he wasn’t there with his thoughts. Lumine raised her head to look at him and realized the man wasn’t observing the butterfly. He was watching her.
Lumine asked Tighnari to recreate the incense he had used to lure the beautiful butterflies during the first round of the Interdarshan Championship. This time, however, she and he were all alone.

“The fur you used for the experiment… was it collected recently?”
“Literally today,” admitted Lumine hesitantly. “Why…”
Tighnari cursed loudly, interrupting her question. The Traveler froze, staring at him in shock.
“Sorry,” he said, placing his hand on his forehead. “It’s just… it’s just the worst moment. Fox mating season is now underway. You are in heat. And…” He gulped, turning his gaze away from her. “...you’re reacting to me.”
Tighnari believed he was immune to the fox breeding season. After all, he was mostly human, right? But when Lumine appeared in front of him with fox ears, a fluffy tail, and smelling like a vixen in heat, he realized they both shared more with animals than he initially thought.
