Summary
A wild and free-spirited man once caught the eye of an Irish sailor far from home.
After the war, a higher power set up a fated encounter. Henry was out in the rolling, emerald fields of his homeland, alone on a stroll. His next step was soon halted by a flying arrow that shot past his eyes, followed by the cry of a bird in the long grass nearby.
Henry welcomed the presumed dead, Anders Lassen back into his life, and into his lonely cottage that sat on a hill overlooking the fishing village where he grew up.

A romantic Christmas story with a twist.
Geoffrey invited Gus to come and stay with him in a village located in the southeast region of France. Gus accepted the invitation with little thought to give against the idea. The journey as you might imagine is long and tedious but Gus arrives in Provence, France two nights before Christmas Eve. However, when he finds Geoffrey's accommodation and receives no answer at the door. In addition, noticing to door is unlocked alarm bells briefly go off in Gus' head as he recalls certain details from Geoffrey's telegram. -

So, Freddy gladly accepts the invitation, and they make the journey back to the wild Danish countryside. Where in their own little world they can finally be themselves.
