    Dry air flickers past Wild's face; the winds of the deep desert blowing even in the sunset, carrying little more than sand and heat, the promise of no relief. They're sitting on the cliff above Time's Gerudo Fortress; the thing is blocky, utilitarian, beautiful not for its construction but for its function. The scent of spice, of incense, floats up from the market down below, the hint of kebabs and breads and roasted fruit carried by the very wind that buffets Wild's hair and veil.

    'Do you?' he asks in place of an answer.

    Shouta narrowed his eyes. “Kid, you are literally attempting to blackmail me.”
    “Touché. Is it working?” Izuku asked with a shit eating grin.

    Third year middle school Izuku meets Pro Hero Eraserhead in the park, blackmails him into helping him by pretending to be his guardian so he doesn't get expelled, and who knows where they'll end up from there. Izuku didn't expect a happy ending and Shouta didn't expect to get attached so quickly.
