Minho says, “Why were you buying ice cream?”
Objectively, it’s a strange question to ask. It has nothing to do with anything. It’s only a throwaway detail, to anyone else. They could have been out buying fried chicken, or band-aids, or fucking fish food, and it wouldn’t have changed anything.
But they weren’t. They were buying ice cream. And Jisung knows why Minho asks, because Jisung isn’t anyone else.
He tightens his grip around Felix’s waist. Minho’s eyes stay on his face, but Jisung knows he catches the action. Peripheral vision, or something. He swipes a tongue over his bottom lip, dry, and Minho follows that one. His gaze is so heavy on him that it makes Jisung forget all his lines. All his stories, all his rehearsed feelings. There’s only one line he knows, and it’s only because his heart memorized it for him.
Why? Minho asks.
“For you,” Jisung answers.
(P158 - Jisung agrees to fake date Felix to get Seungmin to stop setting him up with random guys. Even though they end up committing to the bit in a super cringey, over the top, painfully obviously in how fake it is way, Minho gets ridiculously jealous anyway and has to come to terms with why that is.)

Summary
“Chan’s in love with Hyunjin.” Minho mumbles, lost in his thoughts. The usual fire gone from his eyes. Jisung wraps an arm around Minho’s bare shoulder to provide some comfort now that the sun has set.
“I know.” Jisung saw firsthand what it's like to lose a best friend to a lover. Hyunjin being the main culprit.
“I’ve never been in love.” Minho interlocks his fingers with Jisung’s free hand. A few weeks ago, Minho told him he liked the black nail polish and Jisung started painting his nails more. He has to keep his clients happy after all. “What’s it like?”
Or: Minho wants one thing in life. Well technically he wants more, but he mainly craves a sub that matches him sexually, genuinely enjoys their scenes, and communicates their boundaries. Is that too much to ask? Maybe...considering he has yet to find someone meeting his minuscule set of criteria. That is until Chan suggests he try out a luxury BDSM club where he meets Jisung. Jisung is everything he ever wanted and more, he gets addicted to say the least.
