Summary
Sirius can't leave his goddaughter Harriet alone in the destroyed cottage, it's too dangerous, even if the Headmaster is probably on his way right now. But he also can't wait any longer, Peter's apparition trail is starting to fade, and he needs to catch the traitorous rat, needs to kill him.
But maybe there's a way.
Sirius' parents are dead, and Grimmauld Place is empty.
- "This is Harriet Potter, Dorea's blood," he said, watching his goddaughter, as Kreacher muttered something about mudbloods, "you will bring her to Grimmauld Place. You will treat her and care for her as if she was an heir of House Black."
Ok, good, she'll be safe there, and as soon as I'm done, I'll immediately pick her up and bring her to my home in Worcestershire. -
Harriet grows up with the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black. Well, really, with their portraits.

Summary
Dudley Dursley lives with the guilt of what his family had done to his cousin, which can never be forgiven. He resents the person he used to be and tries to live as a better person, but a part of himself can never truly get over how cruel he had been to the kind-hearted Harry. After a car accident, he wakes to find himself a child all over again.
He sets out to make Harry's childhood better, as much as he can. All the while he must hide the fact, he too, now has magic as well. It shouldn't be too hard, should it? -
Summary
The first book will follow Harry from childhood to the end of Hogwarts and has no main pairing - only friendships and background relationships.
The second book will be post-Hogwarts and will have pairings but no explicit content and Harry is aroace. If you're only interested in gen fic, you don't need to read the second book. It will follow Harry navigating adulthood, learning interesting magic, and figuring out what he wants beyond being a snake. Humour, worldbuilding, and character driven.
