Summary
When Diwaa, an Eldritch Eternity of the 41 Supreme Beings, is the one transported instead, the New World faces a different kind of monster. Would you prefer the Ruler of Death or the Ruler of the Abyss, where even darkness is but just an entity?
There are 41 Supreme Beings in Ainz Ooal Gown, but amongst the Supreme Beings, there are players within their own ranks that even they do not want to face and make an enemy of. Diwaa, the Eldritch Eternity, is one of them. And it seems that even the New World isn’t ready for her.
Or: it’s Diwaa instead of Momonga that gets transported, and she finds that the rules of society and nobility don’t really work for her. It’s fine. An Eldritch has never been known to stay within the lines. Yggdrasil saw that. It’s time for the New World to see the same.

When Buck buys a Powerball lottery ticket he doesn't think much beyond his need for change to air up his tire. He forgets all about the ticket until word spreads that the winning ticket was sold in LA and hasn't been claimed yet and pretty much dismisses it. After all, there's no way he won the lottery.
Turns out no, he really did win the Powerball, to the tune of 295 million dollars and just in time for Christmas. He's going to make sure the 118 has the best Christmas of their lives. And just maybe he'll have a good one too.

Eddie frowns. He doesn’t know much about this mysterious brother of Maddie’s – doesn’t even really know much about Maddie, either, aside from being Chimney’s girlfriend – but he’s pretty sure every time he’s been brought up in conversation it’s not been particularly inspiring. “Is this the brother who flunked out of college because he spent all his tuition on a motorcycle?”
Chimney colours a little. “Um. No?”
or, Buck babysits Christopher and Eddie is—fine about it, actually.

“Right,” Eddie nods, crossing his arms over his chest, “so can I see him?” And Ravi has no idea where this is going but he’s here for the confidence exuding from Eddie right now.
The doctor shoots him a quizzical look, head tilting to the side. “I’m sorry, who are you?”
Eddie does that little eye roll of his that he thinks is subtle but, honestly, really isn’t. And then states, in a voice completely serious and unwavering, “I’m his husband.”
