Raiden, being the wonderful mother that she is, goes on vacation for a fortnight to forget she has a son. Given that she didn't particularly care to teach him to be a functional adult, she sent Aether to take care of him so Scara wouldn't accidentally stick a fork in the toaster trying to make himself food. Scara and Aether hate eachother since highschool, but have to deal with it as uhm plot plot idk
