Summary
When Clary Fray heads out to the Pandemonium Club on a whim, she hardly expects to witness a bunch of emo teenagers with tattoos roleplaying in the basement. However, much to Clary's chagrin, they were not LARPing but hunting a demon? This is her first meeting with the so called "shadowhunters." These child soldiers-- *cough* warriors, kill demons and keep the supernatural in check while hiding this from the group they are protecting which has the larger amount of people but oh well. Clary also meets Jace, a very blond boy with skin Clary wished she had. Soon, Clary is tugged into a scary world abruptly after her only family is taken within a blink of an eye. She will find whoever has done this and kill them...with a very dull knife...
