Summary
Due to how the academia views the arts, Cyno and Nilou keep their marriage a secret, by extension, their daughters as well. If the academia knew that Cyno married Nilou, who knows what they’d do to her? To finally get rid of the arts in Sumeru, the dancing star, they wouldn’t pass that up.
The academia only knows that Nalia is Cyno’s daughter. They don’t know who her mother is, though it is a hot topic. The former General Mahamatra having a daughter with someone? It is indeed quite interesting. Nalia however doesn’t really pay attention to the rumors. She only has one goal. For the grand sage to accept her parents marriage and by extension, leave the arts alone. Though, of course, being the first female General Mahamatra has its perks, respect isn’t always guaranteed.
