The Black Box, a small square object that is as dark as night and as smooth as stone. Its glassy tinge twinkles in the moonlit sky, revealing it's fancy curves that swirled in its design. A hole laid in the square lid, a cloth blocking all eyes from seeing its contents. Inside laid four special cards, cards which decide your verdict.
A weapon of mass destruction.
A heedless method of survival.
The true enemy of any human being.
This was the black box's true nature, an eye for an eye.

Summary
Set in a world where there was a decline in technology. The dark ages from history became reality once more. The world was falling to pieces, then the Kingsmen came and pulled order from the burning ashes. Along with them they brought a new law, the Black Box.
The 'Dark Secret' series tells of four different characters and their new found friendships with each other, strangers and love interests. The four are on a path to finding the truth of the black box and its protectors.
