“Please don’t be mad at me,” Haruki pleaded again.
Before Akihiko could respond, Haruki brought forward what he was holding in his hands. At first glance, it appeared to be a giant ball of white fluff. But on further inspection, this fluff had four little paws, two black round eyes, a shiny dark nose, and a panting tongue.
“Haru,” Akihiko said, bringing his legs over the side of the bed. “Is that Mafuyu’s dog?”

Akihiko and Haruki pet sit Kedama for a day. -

Summary
“Kaoru!” Kojiro hurries to him. He would have wanted to push him back into the taxi but the vehicle had already fled even before he could close the distance. Kaoru turns slowly to face him, using Carla’s board form to carry his own weight. “Did you sneak out again?!”
“All evidence points to yes, doesn’t it?” Kaoru lifts a brow at Kojiro’s concern. “Stop asking questions you already know the answer to, you dumb gorilla.” Why this—
“At least I’m not dumb enough to walk out of the hospital because my four eyes can’t see how badly beaten I am,” Kojiro retaliates. “ADAM must have loosened up a few more screws in your head than you thought.”
“Is that any way to treat your ex?” Kaoru snaps. It isn’t often that he brings back their disastrous history together, but when he does, Kojiro knows he’s truly upset.
“Aren’t you going to let me in?” Kaoru mutters, his eyes straying off to the potted plants at Kojiro’s front. He looks embarrassed to have given into his stormy mood. “I’m injured.”
(Set sometime during Episode 11, before Reki and ADAM’s beef.)

“Wake up, Kaoru,” Kojiro whispered, gazing intently as Kaoru turned his head towards him, eyes still closed.
Kojiro brushed the backs of his fingers along Kaoru’s temple, and Kaoru finally opened one beautiful golden eye.
Kojiro gave him a bright smile in return. “There you are. Good morning.”

After his morning run, Kojiro returns home to his sleepy Kaoru. -

Summary
Ignis is . . . .a more subtle person. His way of expressing affection is through little things. A little assistance here, a surprise homemade lunch there, things that can easily be mistaken for an extension of his role to Noct. Gladio, being more used to more overt moves, misses the real motivation behind his friend's actions. Maybe Noct put him up to it. Or maybe because he's the Shield, Ignis for some reason considers looking out for him another part of his duties.
