    'It’s strange, the way he feels something shift in his chest as the Greenie runs past them. It’s not warmth or pain, it’s just.... a strange feeling, like a tug. He can’t explain it.

    Newt brings a hand up to rub at his sternum, watching as the new boy runs through the glade. The spectacular faceplant the Greenie manages pulls rowdy laughter from the group of the on looking boys and it’s almost enough to make him forget the whole thing.

    He didn’t move as the door hissed open. A lone Stormtrooper stood in the doorway. Interesting. They usually came in pairs.
    “Aren't you a little short for a Stormtrooper?” Thomas asked, not bothering to sit up, even though the blood was rushing to his head.
    The Trooper just stood there. Actually, he wasn’t short at all. Thomas just enjoyed mocking the Imperial lackeys. Normally, they ignored his jabs, but this one seemed startled.
    “Huh? Oh, the uniform,” the Trooper muttered, his voice muffled by the helmet. He pulled it off, revealing a young man’s face. “I’m Newt Skywalker. I’m here to rescue you!”
    Thomas raised an eyebrow, which probably looked ridiculous with him still hanging upside down. “You’re who?”

    or: Thomas is a Rebel captured by the Empire and Newt Skywalker and Min Solo come for his rescue while not bothering to answer any of Thomas' questions.
