“Augh, no,” Sollux stopped him. “Strider, your white ass is not allowed to speak to us in anything other than English, remember? That was the deal I made with Dirk when he asked Tuna and I to teach him Korean, so that you would never be allowed to use it in my presence.”
“Since when does using Spanish words count as speaking Korean?” Dave answered. “Are you implying that if I break into your house to steal your kimchi to put it on a dish, I’m actually making myself some delicious enchiladas?”
Karkat just groans, because he’s been dealing with these two since grade school and doesn’t know whether to punch them or kiss them. No, scratch that, stupid brain, he meant punch. 100%, he only meant punch.
Or in which it’s the 2010’s, Karkat Vantas is part of a hippie cult and has a complicated relationship with his mother, Sollux Captor wants to go from the prettiest girl in school to the coolest guy but ends up becoming the New Vriska instead, and Dave Strider doesn't know if he's going out with one or both of them because he had the great idea to suggest they pretend to date.

Dave Strider wants to protect his soulmate, Karkat Vantas, the guy he's been seeing in his dreams ever since he was a teenager, and Sollux Captor wants to save someone important to him too, someone who’s destined to lead the Third Sufferer’s Rebellion and die brutally executed for it. The two men live and work together on a delivery ship while they investigate the Time Loop Phenomenon in their spare time, going through the notes of Past Captors to make sure this timeline doesn't end doomed with capital D.
If it's up to Sollux to save everyone, then it's up to Dave to save him from himself...

Summary
This series is for works related to the fic Exquisite Corpse Prompt Chapter. This one-chapter work was written by Madam Melon Meow.
it was used to inspire the Homestuck Fanauthor Coalition members, who participated in an exquisite corpse event in order to complete the story. That work is the 2nd in this series, Plane Crash, and its first chapter is the same text as that of the prequel work.
Due to popular demand, M^3 also intends to create her own version of how "the rest of the story" should go. She has currently not planned a number of chapters or an update schedule, but is working up character profiles in preparation for the fic. She encourages those interested in seeing more of her version to subscribe to the series so that you will get a notification when this begins. it will be the third work in the series.

Follow these nerds on their journey across a shit ton of teen drama shenanigans as they become the world’s most annoying throuple.
This series revolves around ‘I do the dumbest things for you’ and all the companion pieces to that take place during the main fic.

Summary
Rosalind was supposed to die. That was what was awaiting her at the end of the line, she spends her life rebelling against an impossible fate, and then, up at the crescendo, the climax of her own little chapter of history, she goes to fight the apotheosis of evil alongside her closest confidant...
And dies.
But.
In spite of living this life, walking these steps imparted to her by visions of some nebulous concept of 'the most fortunate path,' in spite of resigning herself to never stray from it for fear of what looms in the unknown... at the last step she changes her mind. In that last, pivotal fight, as fate itself reaches out with its crook to drag her off of the stage, clearing the way for the real main characters of the story...
She doesn't.
She fights tooth and nail, using her visions as a guidework to dodge attacks she knew were coming, to avoid the culling fork of the alien dictator and fight. Fight to the bitter end.
It doesn't change anything, not in that moment. She does not kill Her Imperious Condescension, but she makes her bleed.
Is that not enough for a life as storied as hers?
