John doesn't accept that his eldest Son is gay and kicks him out of the motel room where they are staying. A couple of years later, John and Dean cross paths again, but this time Dean is heavily pregnant. I just want a lot of Dean holding his stomach protectively and John feeling guilty for being an asshole to Dean when he needed him the most."

“Oh wait, you lost them?” Dean whistled. “That's a little embarrassing, isn't it? Given how tall Sammy is."
Mother's smile tightened. Castiel knew what she was thinking. Somehow, she'd managed an assault on Dean's capital city, even captured the oldest Winchester prince. But lost both pieces she'd need to truly win the war.
And there was nothing she wouldn't do to Dean to find them.
