Summary
In an AU, where it is Regis who gets hurt by the Marilith attack instead of his son, it’s up to Noctis and his friends to fulfill the prophecy together to rid Eos of the Starscourge.
_____________________________________________________________________Ignis springs into action, grabbing Noctis’ shoulders and gently guiding him down until he is kneeling on the floor.
Prompto and Gladio immediately catch on and surround Noctis with their embrace at his back.
Ignis lifts one hand from Noctis’ shoulder cupping his face, staring imploringly at the king.“We are with you. We’ll guide you through it.” Ignis rests both hands on his shoulders again, squeezing them hard.
Noctis gives a terse nod in response, his breath had quickened and he had started to tremble. This time Gladio was sure it was not because of the Crystal.
He has never seen Noct so scared. -

Summary
The defeat of Hugo Kupka incites an impromptu fête at the Hideaway. Determined to be half as amicable a leader as his father was, Clive agrees to join the ‘cakes and ale’ merrymaking, albeit reluctantly. Little did he or anyone expect, the once believed to be impervious Cid has two weaknesses: 1. potent liquor and 2. the whims of a certain gray-eyed Dominant.

Clive’s never much been certain about anything, naught besides the title of Shield he still carries. Even still, Cid’s legacy wouldn’t be complete until everyone was free, Eikon’s included. So, on the brink of death, dazed and confused, Clive holds up his still-flesh hand to the sky and makes his oath.

Jill gave a smile. “My lord, you aren’t afraid of dancing, are you?”
“I’m not afraid of dancing,” Clive answered quickly, but he paused momentarily. “Dancing with someone might be a little different, though.”
“It is a little bit different, yes. Have you had lessons?”
“Of course,” he grunted.
“And did you practice with a partner?”
“Yes, it’s a little hard to practice when your partner is much shorter than you and is also your little brother who keeps giggling at everything.”
Jill tried to cover her mouth before she laughed again. “I think I would have liked to see that.”
Clive snorted, but he was at least smiling a little again. “I’m sure you would have.”
